We hope you like the product you ordered! However, in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process very simple.
How long will it take for me to return the goods, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have up to 15 days to return the goods. You must send it back and postmark within 15 days of receiving the returned package. No returns will be accepted 15 days after receipt of the order.
2. For any order, free shipping on the first return. You just need to contact us, we will provide you with a return label, and then send the package back and postmark within 15 days from the date of receipt.
3. If you have already returned an item from the order, but want to make an additional return for an additional item, you must perform this operation within 15 days of the date of receipt. There are two ways:
① You can use the shipping label we provide and pay a shipping fee of 8.99 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
② You can use your own transportation method at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-FINGER TEN items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your FINGER TEN Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
